We now know that consuming excess sugar can not only increase your chances of developing diabetes, but also heart disease and a host of other health problems.
Today’s podcast is NOT about why you can no longer eat sugar. Rather, today’s podcast is simply about bringing to light some of the concerns you should be aware of when eating sugar as well as giving you important diet and lifestyle tips (nine to be exact!) that can limit the negative effects.
