This past week I read an alarming statistic. According to a Centers for Disease Control report, 212 chemicals have been measured in an average person’s blood or urine, 75 of which have never before been seen in the U.S. population.
Furthermore, the recent President’s Cancer Panel published a landmark report saying the U.S. government has been grossly underestimating the role environmental toxins play in our cancer risk.
Today’s podcast is not meant to be gloom and doom but is instead meant to help answer the question about what we can do to combat an ever-increasing toxic environment. We need to reduce our exposure while also enhancing our body’s ability to detoxify.
Today, we’ll discuss how we can do this with Brenda Watson, N.D., C.N.C.
