This was just as H1N1 was beginning to spread, so I was a little nervous about going, to be honest. But I took that Immunity Take Care stuff all week (and of course washed my hands religiously) and didn't get so much as a sniffle. I wouldn't swear it was the Take Care that kept me healthy, but many of my colleagues did get sick, and everyone seemed as intent on hand-washing as I was. So it certainly seemed to have helped.
