Recently, a customer and I were talking about a very common complaint – indigestion, and all the fun symptoms that go along with it.
Today, I’d like to discuss some ways to help minimize symptoms of indigestion and maximize digestive health. In this podcast I discuss enzymes, betaine HCl (including a quick way to tell if you have too much or too little stomach acid), and probiotics. I’ll also share some of my favorite products that I’ve personally used with great success.
